I can’t access my Yahoo account, it says something about accepting ‘cookies’.

The only thing I have changed recently is a Windows Update I downloaded last night. Could this be the problem? I tried changing my setting but it made no difference, although I might have done this wrong, I’m not great with technology, more of a switch it on and use it kinda girl than knowing now it all works, : - (
