If you can’t access the email, what’s the point asking someone to make google account for you ?since you can’t go there anyway ?
as I know, people will only have gmail if someone reference them,is that you’re really need? a gmail account?
maybe you could ask some of your friend who has it to invite you,
it will be a lot easier then ask to people who don’t know you yet *smile*
