No no… Just the list of match-ups, like I started earlier. I just want to see the list of match-ups. Don’t worry about the scores, or anything else for now. :-)

Ok, so now, given the information you have, start trying different combinations of scores for each game, until everything makes sense (given what you have been told).

I haven’t worked this out either. So, I’ll work on right now as well while you are doing the same. I’ll let you know when I have worked it all out, and you do the same. But, I still won’t actually give you the full answer. :-) I’ll only help you figure it out for yourself.

i may be, but thats why im on here. ive been stareing at this problem for the past 8 hours. and i dont wanna goto bed til i figure it out or get the answer. its 1am at the moment

i think im just gonna put the answer as 24. cos after looking at all my little doodles on 3 pages of workings, that makes the most sence

Ok, well… Maybe, like Izzy said, sleep on it. Maybe something will become clearer tomorrow morning. Izzy seems to have figured it out, but not me… Not YET, anyway :-) but, now it’s bugging me, so I’m gonna keep at it. :-)

or maybe its 14.. 3*2,*2,+2=14 hmm yeh im gonna look at it for a bit longer too

nowp, i think ive def figured it out. the answer is 20

2*2=4, 4*5=20, 20+0=20

if 20 is correct, could some1 who has worked it out plz confirm my answer.. cos im pretty certain thats what it is

lol i also thought it was 24.. but after working and re working the puzzle, im certain the answer has to be 20.
