My motorola Vxx won’t play the videos my friends send me from their Verizon cell phone.

I have to forward it to my e-mail and then watch it as a quicktime file on my computer. Does anyone know how to make it play on my phone so I can see it as soon as its sent?

go to the store where you bought the phone and have them download the software that will play it onto your phone that is what i had to do with mine if they do not have it I am sure you can find it and the internet somewhere

i work at a fone shop, best advice is, depending on what fone it is being sent from can stop some files being played, motorolas are most prone to this, you may be able to get a software update off the net, but check that the format that it is being sent over in is ok for your fone, and that it is not too high quaility. if it should work, but still have no luck with it, then it is a software fault with the phone (as i said, very common) and motorola will update it all for free.

also have you sent one to them? with some networks you have to send before you can recieve and play
