You just need another release for your frustration, like a martial art. I have done the same as you in the past, but then i began kick boxing an it was really good for me. It is also a let out for anger an will make you feel more confident. Hope you give it a go, good luck.

There are people here who care. I know that sometimes we hurt so badly on the inside that we want to feel it on the outside.

If someone you cared about was cutting and you were worried that that might hurt themselves what would you say to them?

Tell someone you trust before it gets out of hand, take things a day at a time and fix one thing before moveing to the next, try not to feel overwhelmed by it all. You are worth the effort and support so remember that

u need to find the right people for support in ur life right NOW. cutting won’t make the problem go away. after u cut, it comes back, which is why u do it again..again and again….
notice ur problem carries on?
now realise that u shud ask for help from good people.. a friend u trust, a teacher, the doctor if u get on with him/her? there must be some1..

Whoo boy! You’re under totally crushing pressure!

Wow. I don’t see how you manage.

Ok, I know why you cut, it’s unlikely you’ll just stop all of a sudden. You need your voice to be heard, and creative emotional outlets. Poetry, music, writing, art, whatever to express your emotions. Even better is getting with someone or several people on a regular basis to talk things out. I know your home life, and now your school life, is making you shut up, and things are getting weird. That really is crushing, and I would love it if the school counselor would be helpful, maybe church groups or support groups.

Holy smokes, you’re under a lot of pressure. Let’s find some outlets for you before you explode.

hey, depending where and how you cut I don’t think you’ll have a slip, it’s not the road to suicide, just a way of dealing with stuff. Best thing to do would be to find a distraction or someone to talk to…

good luck x
