There are two guys that are interested in me.

One i don’t want to be with and the other i do. I ended up having to go to lunch today with the guy i don’t like (guy1) but i managed to get a friend to come along and be the third wheel. Now guy 1 has my number and im dreading him actually calling me.
the other guy (guy2) is great and i like him. But i keep having to say no when he asks me to go do something because im so busy with school right now. I’m afriad hes just going lose interest.
So how do i get rid of guy1. He is a nice guy but i really don’t like him like that and i don’t really want to confront him about it….even thought it looks like i’ll have to. And i don’t know how to keep guy2 interested, while im in the middle of trying to complete all of my responsibilities.

just tell him that you don’t like him that way but still be friends with him. and tell guy 2 that you need to catch up on your school work and that you guys can make plans when your free.

Maybe you should just tell both of them that you are too busy with school…. sometimes this will make a guy want you more (the old I want what I can’t have deal) so if you have that problem you will have to tell #1 what Anthrax said.

I’ve been in your situation before. I can’t say what I did was right (I totally ditched a bunch of responsibilities to be with my guy2), but I wouldn’t change it for the world. I’d suggest sorting out what your priorities really are - and if this guy is important to you, or you think he could end up being somethin’ special, then I’d say some of your usual responsibilities can be shuffled around. ;)

As for guy1, you’re probably best off telling him that you’d rather just be friends. If he’s actually interested in you, he’ll get the picture. And if all else fails, tell him you’ve got a big, manly, testosterone-filled boyfriend who lives just out of town who has a tendency towards violence. ^_^ That one usually works in a pinch.

tell guy#1 that u would like to remain just friends with him , he might be dissapear for while .. but of course depending on how good u were with him since last time .

tell guy#2 that u r flattered he asked u out , say nicely that u r busy with school right now and u will certainly have great time with him as soon as ur school work is manageable .
