No nothing against Sweden, I would love to visit, but it seems I travelled more when I was younger , and for now I’m stuck in the States…. :-( Yes I drive my Saab to and from work, and why not a Volvo, uhhh, I like TURBO…. accelerating quickly - I like getting a little reckless sometimes, a Volvo is too safe. My Saab is a 9,3 convertible… zoooooom zooooooom, wind flying through the hair the whole bit…. the wierdest person I know, Ummmmm I only like weird people, so I can’t qualify who is the weirdest….. maybe me?.

Done anything cool today? I´ve managed to lock my self out form the office (from my cellphone as well), and retrieve a key to go back in and now I just got back from training 8]
LOL, sometimes life circumstances can feel like prison….. I am divorced with 3 kids. My ex lives in Sacramento, California which is like from Sweden to Denmark. I have 10 year old twins and an 8 year old, so my days of living in NYC are gone, and I usually don’t give people the finger anyway, I’m more the waving and laughing while sputtering “sorry I had to cut you off” type. Although your description sounds more fun, but with kids I now live in a small town, and giving people the bird would not be in my best interest I’m sure. LOL
Oh yeah and although the Saab is safe enough for me I also own a GMC Suburban, which keeps my kids safe…. We killed a Moose in that thing….. Moose are big animals incase you have never run into one with your car.
Today I have done nothing fun, I should go to the beach as it is like a summer day out there, but I am going to a picnic later, so I am about to bake brownies.
I did that once, lock myself out of my office….. LOL, with no cell phone what did you do to get back in?

Moose, of course, I think they were invented in Sweden. Haven´t run into one of them with any car, but I´ve seen a couple, and one actually ran along with the car once.
Ohh, it´s that warm over there. Here the atumn got us. But it´s been a beautiful day.
How I retrieved the key? Well, I stoped for a sec to think. I was got **** hungry and of course I left my food in the office. You know how it is when you´re that hungry, you can´t think. So I stoped to get my rational thoughts together. And then I walked over to one of our customer, here in the central of Stockholm, and borrowd their Internet to look up the number to a collegue of mine. I called him, turned out he was out in the woods collecting mushrooms on the other side of Sweden. Looked up the girl who works in the reception. Well she has a clothing store as well, and I called her partner, explained, he gave me her number and I called her. Bingo. I think she thought I called for another reason thou, hehe. But anyway, I collected the key, ate my breakfast and then went training hard, training good 8]

LOL, your lock out sounds like one of those times you get to laugh at yourself… it made me laugh hearing about it, I hate when I do stupid stuff like that, but I like to laugh about it later. Yes 3 kids! They are awesome, but like I said world traveling is kinda out for a little while. I have done my fair share though and would love to see more of the world. Glad to hear you got to work out, working out is great for the blues…I was reading some of your other posts, are you feeling any better about feeling BLAHHHH?
Yes it’s warm today, I live pretty far south (kind of latitudinally equal to Morocco)although today is the first day of autumn, it is HOT out today.
Yes bownies, I like to bake, and brownies are the lazy way out…. one pan, not 12 at a time on a cookie sheet.

Well, I guess. Kind of goes up and down a little bit, now for example, I feel great. It´s just that a couple of months ago I fellt like “WEEII!” and now it´s more like “OHH?”. And I am a passionate person, so I hate being “OHH?”, right now. But I started to eat some vitamins and minerals supplements and noticed that I felt better. My way eating is not optimal right now, and I´m aware of that. I train about 4-5 times per week, sometimes two times a day and I guess that kind of got me. So getting vitamins and minerals helped that out a little bit. But I still feel lika I´m missing a mission here. Can´t figure it out thou. However, enough whining.

I’ve been to China & Hong Kong, Brazil, Germany, Austria, Italy, the Bahamas, and of course Mexico and Canada.
It didn’t sound like whining to me, you are trying to figure some stuff out, passionate people (I consider myself one) are very emotional, when we feel good, we feel very good and when we feel bad well, you know. I think it is okay to feel glum sometimes. It’s not normal to be “up” all the time…. I think of emotions like the ocean (ebb and flow) just explore feelig glum, and know that it will pass soon enough, use the time to explore. When I feel really bad I go to the beach ( I can do that easily, but maybe not everyone can) anyway I look at the horizon form the shore and it makes me feel small. From there I get a better perspective, meaning that I realize that my problems are so small in comparison to the world…. I don’t know that makes me feel better.
THe picnic was fun the kids had fun, we are home now…. it’s almost 6 pm here and I am guessing that you are probably already asleep and if not getting close to it…. I hope you have a great week and it was very nice meeting you! :-) Chat at you soon.
Mooooorning glory! What do you have for breakfast? I eat crunchy, bread with something called liverpastej, lemonade and coffe. And soon it´s lunchtime, hmm, maybe sushi or a sallad.
Yeah, I´m always trying to figure stuff out. Sounds kind of poetic, you going to the beach and just inhale perspective and beauty. Been thinkin of doing that my self. Don´t have no beach, but a landing stage where you can see them big boats floating. Well, if bump in to problems in life, conflicts etc, I usually try to get perspective on that by asking myself what does this mean in one week, two weeks, a month, a year. And that usually really puts me a step back from the situation and calms me down and makes me come to better conclusions. But it´s harder when it´s just an emptiness. I know it´s lack of purpose that makes me feel like that. I kind of know what I should be doing, but in the same not. Yeah, it´s blurry, I know, haha.

Good morning friend. I haven’t eaten breakfast yet. I usually have coffee, water, a yogurt, a banana, and some bird seed (granola)…. So far I have just had my coffee. I have a feeling that liverpastej is something like Liverwurst, which I used to eat on bread with mustard, a very distinct odor???
I understand completely…. looking for an answer, but you don’t know what the question is….. it is extremely disturbing. I used to think that volunteering or doing something for others would help(busying myself with out addressing the feeling), sometimes that helps, but I have decided that it is better to explore those feelings, and grow with them. To spend more “quality” time with yourself, and get to know yourself a little better. It might be something as simple as the changing of the seasons….??? :-)

Hmm, that thing about just beeing, got me. I recognize what you mean about chasing after something thinking that it will release you from your very state, but it´s just a temporary surrogate to stuff that hole. But just beeing, on your own without feeling emptiness and instead have the feeling of control and well beeing is the solution. Sounds kind of fuzzy, but that is actually the true thing. And that is actually one the things that I have to get better at.

Well, today I´ve been in a really good mood, even thou I was tired as hell duting the day. And surprised my self when I got home and picked my training bag and went training. No lock adventures, haven´t been at the office. I´ve been in Gothenburg today, which is the westcoast of Sweden, while Stockholm is in the easatcoast.

I have my own office (I can shut the door) so every once in a while during the day when I have a free nano-second I can “play” online…. but it is normal for me not to eat lunch and work work work so when I visit help.com it is pretty fast, but makes me feel like a took a break from all the craziness… how does your work work? My work, well either I sit at my desk, an open office with my collegue. It´s a really good atmospehere, I work and surf around in the same time. Or I´m out around Sweden, Denmark or Norway. That´s the good thing about my job, every day is different and I get to meet a lot of nice people 8]

I am pretty busy during the day and yesterday was one of those days when I didn’t even get up to pee until I was leaving the office. In general I think most Americans have a crazy work schedule. Compared to Sweden…. I like your vacation schedule amd doesn’t the government do a lot for you healthcare wise? etc…. I think our countries are on opposite ends of the pole when it comes to quality of life being important….. and if I want to pay for my house and my saab I have to work hard… :{ HAVE A _____ DAY! you can fill in the blank later. LOL
Yeah, well, dunno. I think it has to do with my apartment right now. Environment is importanté. They are fixing the windows at my place (taking off and covering the openings for over a month), so all of my stuff is in the center of the rooms and I´ve got a bit of mess at home right now. So I should really just clean out the apartment and I think that will give me a peace of zen. Let´s see if I can get the job done this evening 8]

When I´m not out travelling with the job, I´ve got a pleasent eight hour schedule and that includes one hour lunch 8] And we have five weeks vaccation, and in my company I´ve got 3 extra days as well. I read something about you having only two weeks vaccation in the states, is that true?

Right no peeing, lol, it’s not that I’m not allowed to pee, it was just the kind of day where I had customers entering and leaving, and i was on the phone a lot of the time, so I did not leave my office except to walk someone the door a few times….
Yeah, vacation, well that is up to the individual employer, some don’t give any paid time off/vacation. My boss is one of those who does not like to pay for any time off, however he pays me when I miss a day here or there….. he would not pay me if i went away on vacation for 5 weeks. So yes in answer to your question it is true, many employers only offer 2 weeks vacation, but there are many who offer none. If you work for the government or the state you get vacation according to how long you have been employed there. My boyfriend works for the government and he gets 5 weeks like you.
I was listening to the radio this morning and the Preisdent is about to vote against giving middle class children health insurance…. he says it is too expensive, and thinks it’s wrong to spend tax payer dollars so frivolously, however I heard recently that he spends something like 7 billion dollars a day on the war in Iraq…. there are many things that are backwards over here…. I do know that we do not pay as much out of our paycheck to the government as you do…. so dunno maybe that’s the price….
Ohh, that really sounds terrible. I can´t, and I´m sure the rest of Sweden agrees, imagine a life without vacation. Even thou last year and this year I only had two weeks off (but on my own choice). How do you manage working all your life without any other fun? 8/
Yeah, that is kind of strange. Putting that much money in a war and not taking care of national politics. Hard to back down once you got into the game huh >/ Yeah, we pay alot in tax, between 30 and 70 percent of our income, depending on how much you earn of course. Well, no one in Sweden would complain if the government should lower the taxes, but in the same time I think alot of people would reconsider when the aftermath is realized.
LOL I have pee’s several times already today…. making up for yesterday I guess…. now I remember why my friends moved to Sweden…. I wanna move there too I think…. 5 weeks vacation, woweeeee…. yay fo you and all your vacation time…. Gals of whine, yeps, that´s exactly what it is. I mean, I know that many people enjoy a glass of wine when they get home, but I actually prefer to cook a really nice dinner and invite a girl to sit infront och me and whine while i´m eating. And then we move to the couch, and I watch tv and the gal whines. Finally I get to bed and the gal is still whining. Hmm, no wonder I was tired this morning as well.
One strange thing, I get home, fix some dinner (did´nt have the energy to clean), ate and brushed my teeth around 9 pm. I laid down on the couch and felt that I´m almost falling asleep, so I get up and take of my clothes off, to go to bed. But as soon as I laid down, I couldn´t fall asleep. I was tired as hell, but I just couldn´t fall asleep. I don´t get that, do I have to sleep with my clothes on. When I think about it, it´s always like that. Strange 8S

It´s a shame that guy with the ‘Where can I take my girlfriend and shagaloo oinkypoink’-post closed his post. Did you send the invite? That is so hilarious. I would have adviced him to build a treehouse and take her there, but also to be careful and don´t get to romantic and light alot of candles so it´s burnt down.

LOL, I don’t know where to begin I am laughing….. the thought of you (or anyone) cooking a nice dinner and enjoying the gal’s whining really cracks me up…. funny about the sleeping thing too…. it makes sense to get up and get comfy…. that happens to me when I am stressed out about something….. I have 2 techniques that I use under those circumstances, make that 3, I just added se*, have some, if you can that always helps me sleep…. skip the whining, she can moan, but no whining and get right down to business…..
seriously, okay breathing….. if you try filling your lungs to max capacity (suck in more air then you think is possible and then suck in a tiny bit more) then exhale. dot that several times, it helps to relax (it’s a yoga thing) the second thing to try if the breathing thing doesn’t make you fall asleep, is to start at your toes and tense every muscle, count backwards from ten, then release the muscle, and work your way up to your noggin (head) I’m talking flexing ears, belly buttons, etc….. I guarantee you will fall asleep (this is my modified version of self-hypnosis for relaxation) Try this tonight and let me know how it goes.

Today I hate my job, wohoooo….
LOL (it’s thurs) -UGH I hate my job today too…. I want to be, ummmmm, one of those people who get to write books on travel for a living….. I really don’t know very much about submission wrestling except that I worked out with a guy that was a submission wrestler…. (he kicked my as* in the gym)…. he went to Brazil for a tournament or something… Why do you hate you job today?
Yeah, a traveller would be nice, but don´t you think you´d get fed up with that as well? I mean, I get a bit tired of travelling in my job sometimes, that is if there is alot of travelling for a period.
Cause there´s a lot of problems with cutomers today and my recently hired collegue is having a baby very soon, and now he´s off until Tuesday =/

I am frustrated as well…. I had to let a guy go a couple of weeks ago, and his replacement starts on Monday, but I’m not convinced she will work out…. she seems to be all over the place… and the person that I usually count on is on vacation….

I’m sure I would appreciate my home more, maybe I’d be travelling for the travel channel, and staying in one of those huts out over the water….

THe Barter System: Trading goods for services….no money….. money make people greedy and ugly…. if I need groceries, I’ll trade you something you need for what I need, or if you plow my field, I’ll give you one of my chickens, that kind of thing….the way people did things before the invention of currency. Ummm, yes good music, no money, naked young people, no whining…. whiners and troublemakers will be exiled back to the states…. Nakedland will be utopia, a happy tropical place…….. once the peace is disturbed then you are OUT, that is the only law.
The dinner is to install the new board members of a non-profit org. I belong to, and I think the if I get an award (there may not be one, I just have a big head) it would probably be for lots of voluteerism, ot something like that… not big deal, and pretty boring…. I will have to bring my own alcohol…. lol, and since I have todrive myself home, I will behave…. :-(

Ohh, so let´s do it. I´m on the island Nakedland and so are you. There´s alot of naked people dancing to the Cumbaba-band playing over at the stage. The bar is lit up with alot of lights in different kind of colors. There´s a guy behind the bar riding a bike that works as a transformer so the bar can use electricity. And there´s alot of candles lit all over the place and a big fire.(Anyrhing missing?). Right now I´m thirsty, you´ve got something to offer and what do you want in return?
Ohh I see, aren´t we good people. I think you´ll get that award. Otherwise, get naked get on stage and yell “Nakedland!” and dance the Bumba-tumba-dance.

The fishing pond is when you use a fishingpole over a blanket and I will be behind that blanket and tie you a gift and you´ll get something nice on the hook. Hmm, maybe I´ll put myself on the hook.
