i need help

my mp3 player will not connect to the computer an it will not turn on

its a creative muvo 1gb
before it woked fine
a computer
it doesnt use a usb it plugs in from the divice

Yeah, duh, if something doesn’t turn on by the power button then the batteries are dead. Your stupid!!!!!!

the batteries arnt dead there brand new cause when i put them in somthing else they work fine

yea it use to work fine no problem but it just stoped working a week ago
i thought that was it but when i pluged it into a differnt computer it still didnt workso i dont know what it is

It’s unlikely to be broken if not ran over by a truck or sunk in water. I had two of the old type Muovo’s and they got completely dead. I don’t remember exactly what I did, but both came alive again.I believe I treated them like hard disks and reformatted them, but I’m not sure.
