Mine too. I suggest using liberal amounts of salve-ation to ease the swelling. ;)

Seriously though, if your soul hurts then it’s because you’re in an environment or situation that is going against your ‘grain’; your own true nature as a person - in other words, you need to stop what you’re doing and consult your soul very carefully about what’s going on. It usually responds in a fairly concise and honest fashion, so listen to it and then let it guide you. You won’t go wrong listening to your soul, since it’s who you really are! The body is a vehicle, and the personality is an illusion of convenience. Tune in, turn on, be real with yourself and the world.

If there’s something specific you want help with…well, you’ll have to be specific. ;)
