Don’t get me started or you’ll get the equivalent of war and peace in reply.

Depends on if you want money or not, if you have a small group of investors who can handle it, then it is always better to maintain control over capitol. However, if you are dying or need a ton of money you will need to incorporate and sell shares. This can be a problem especially depending on the type AB stocks you are selling because some the investors have no “say so” and others they do.

The rest can be found in your economics manual ~grins~

It depends whether you want the benefits of that capital to accrue in equal measure to all or whether you subscribe to the ludicrous assertion that wealth generated in by a privileged few and subsequently controled by them benefits the rest of society through the often and much talked about (and frankly non-sensible) ‘trickle down’ phenomenon. Or whether you believe that this is only a ruse perpetrated by those same few in order that they might continue to to gather to themselves great wealth through explotitive means in order to continue to enjoy the luxury of lording it over the masses in order to keep those same masses in subjugation whilst maintaining a sense of their own smug self worth even though they may be both morally and idealogically bankrupt. …. Och ! I’m going for ma dinner.

The trickle down effect is a lie! It does happen but the people who get trickled down to definately don’t get their fair share ~smiles~.
