GRRRRRRRRR ROOOOARRRRRR!

Why is everything so chaotic right now? It’s really strange not only in my life but in the life of others around me… and we are not people that are overly dramatic or irresponsible… Maybe some bad decision making skills here and there (hence my married woman prob), but its like suddenly the summer is over and peopel are having extreme problems. My best friend and his girl are breaking up, Married girl is ummmm well MARRIED, My mother and her boyfirend are having issues, Finances are crashing for many, the car is about to blow up, my Rugby team is fallin apart, Having a hard time meeting anyone the is not married or a bar fly, Work just fired three people in two weeks, the list goes on and on and on…

I am totally convinced that 2007 is the Year of Suck.

As for me, I lost my job, was unemployed for 7 months. No insurance. My godmother’s cancer came back and she is dying. I’m getting a divorce. At least 3 of my friends have lost their jobs, too. My depression issues came back with a vengance. My best friend’s mom died….

I could go on, but I think we’re all depressed enough already!

I’m sorry things are crappy for you and everyone. I guess it was in the stars for this to be a bad year. but silver lining, it;s almost over!

I feel continually blessed to have issues and not be consumed with survival like most of the world.

What about the fact that you still have a job, don’t have to worry about any personal romantic relationship problems, the rugby team hasn’t completely fallin’ apart yet, the car is still in one piece, your finances are ok despite other, at least your mom’s boyfriend is not beating up your mother, married girl is still a friend and my someday be unmarried, and your best friend is now going to have more time to spend with you?

Look at the glass as half empty or half full?
