Well no I don’t but being that I have started a touch rugby league for 5-13 year olds I can add some ideas.

First, you need to get a cost for the jersey’s and equipment.

Second average that out per player you’d expect to have partcipate.

Third contact your local Parks and Rec. Here in michigan they send out a seasonal book of things that the city/county/state is offering. They will ask the location of where you want to offer the league. Chances are you’ll have to get approval for the field and times for each day. Give them the required info(including the cost per child) and they will add it there seasonal offerings.

They will print your phone number then sit back and wait for the responses to come flooding in…

As far as drills and games your on your own bro… I could give you info for tackle but not Flag

There is a national group that has teams in several cities. Check out http://www.americanyouthfootball.com/…. My grand daughter is a cheerleader for one of the teams in Phoenix AZ. They might be able to help you.

A big one, check to make sure you have proper insurance coverage if you are starting a group. So many people overlook this.
