Computer assistance needed..

Hey people..
I have a error, Bad_Pool_Caller when I start up my pc. I am in safe mode now..
I tried system restore but it doesn’t fix the problem..
How can I fix it??

Yes, it looks like that..
It comes up for 2 seconds on a blue screen then reboots my laptop..

You may be having a virus or spyware installed on your PC. Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html

I agree, I don’t think it’s a virus. It looks like a software driver. Have you just installed some new hardware or software?
