Yeah, I could, but not sure if I want to. I mean, there might be a reason that he locked it up like that.

reformat the hard drive, reinstall windows, set yourself up as administrator, and don’t even give him an account. Better yet enter the CMOS of the computer and set a password so that you have put in a password before the computer can even be started.

Who’s pc is it? and if yours is there a reason that your Brother has an acount on your pc?

If it is your pc, then there is a way to change the settings to how you want them…
I’ll give you the key hint, the rest you will have to do…
The hint is “safe mode”

In safe mode you get the “administrator” account avaiable. If that is not password-protected your in goal. If that don’t help I got some DOS-codes that can change account settings. My experiense is that most personal computers are very low security. PM me for the kode.
You can allso try keyloggers. But be a bit carefull with ‘em.

It would not be illegal if you own the computer yourself. If you don’t, then I strongly recomend you don’t do it. I presume I just wasn’t clear on that in the post above.

you also cant be shure if the person you give such coding will end up useing it for hacking..
It is standard practice to use websites like this to gain such codes and software to be be used for this reason.

Might be hacking but not cracking. Hacking is when you use something as a tool in a way that it wasn’t originally intended. Cracking is when you use expert computer knowledge to break the law - e.g. of cracking: breaking into databases, writing viruses, opening software you haven’t paid for, reverse engineering other people’s intellectual property.

eg. of hacking: modifying the registry of your computer to change the way you programs that run in the background.

If the TOS refer to hacking, it probably means cracking. Using a knife to open a coffee tin is hacking. Your using a tool in a different way than its intended purpose. The definition the TOS means is probably the illegal activity one.
