how long has he not been eating?
i dunno about iguanas but my lizard goes through phases where he doesn’t eat that much.
he may also just be eating when you’re not looking. (my dragon gets crickets put into his aquarium. you could have a different way to feed him).
if you think he’s sick then take him to the vet. he may be constipated too, try giving him a warm bath.
and make sure he drinks something.
