I also read your post and have some advice for you. You just have to realize that cleaning the house is a reoccurring job that should be done daily. You tackle certain rooms or duties each day, which makes it less overwhelming. Don’t wait until the whole house is dirty, because then you get overly anxious and continue to put it off. If you like music, turn it loud while you are cleaning. That is a great way to get motivated.
