Usually when I travel I am gone at the most three weeks. By this time I can lose a good amount of weight just by change in diet, walking and getting into a regular sleep pattern without my work gnawing at me nights. I agree with the above… it really does take time and committment to show a more extreme difference in weight though.

Drink lots of water, exercise, and eat healthy are the real ways to lose weight. Fast? I don’t know how fast it can be done.

I usually lower my calorie intake to about 1200 a day and I exercise as well as have a healthy diet. (When I am trying to lose weight)

Alright; Change your diet (food intake), and be more active (exersise). If your a bit stocky Cardio maybe your best shot.

When you eat, make resonable changes; eg: Sandwich, chips and soda >>> Sandwich, Fruit, Water. Soda is not good at all it has so many additives, and things you dont need in your system. If you just drink water as your primary bevrage, your going to loose weight fast. Keep your target heart rate up for at least 45min for a few days a week you should be able to feel/see results in the 2nd week.

The times I have noticed losing the most weight have been when I have traveled. I mostly lose because I am eating light lunches and dinners. I am walking places rather than driving in my car or riding the metro. Being outside walking gives you that extra healthy glow.

And remember …this guy isn’t worth it to begin with - especially if he dumped you for that reason!!! I say show him what he is missing, but do it with class and don’t go back to that relationship. You deserve better :)

Start eating fresh vegetables or salads with chicken or fish for lunch and dinner. Stay away from sugar and bad carbs (white flour bread and white rice.) Take an hour walk during your day to work off any extra calories.
