They are thriving on shipper’s (sellers of the courier services) market as it is now here and are very lucky that the accountants and business professionals from Germany (headquarters) are far away from the know.

A business model of outdoing a competitor is usually a bad business move. It generally leads to a company not making a name for itself and known as an imitator competitor.
