When this happens I usually switch off my computer. Then I put it on again - I connect to 360 share. Then I go to file and disconnect and then I connect again and usually my music starts to download. I don’t know whether this will help you.

I also have a small backup hard drive I think they are called and I backup all my music on that. You could try going into my computer and click on search and ask your computer to search for a particular piece of music. Other wise if you can’t find it you will have to start your library again on 360 share. I put the phone number of 360 share on the website because for a long time I didn’t know it and I thought it might help a few people who have lost their 360 share as they were complaining they did not know how to contact them. I am sorry if I have not been much help to you. You could always ring the number above they were very helpful when I rang them. If you are with Talk Talk it is free to ring international countries if you have your broadband with them.
