about:config
now filter find “layout.spellcheckDefault”
set the value to “2″
there you go. now chat will always be spellchecked, without haveing to right click every time.

There are a few designers out there that still aren’t checking compatibility with anything other than Internet Explorer, so keep that handy for occasional use.
