Reply from SoulRising /post/121635-babylon-x-mass#reply-3898274 You are the colors in my mind, you are the times I cant unwind
You are the magic in my soul, the person unfortold
You are a vision to my senses
When you speak I catch my breath
I love the image you create
Your timings perfect never late
Akithma come, Akithma go, Akithma lingers this I know:)

Reply from Belief /post/121635-babylon-x-mass#reply-3459531 It’s almost like a mantra, something that could be recited when under duress, and whose repetition would and could settle the soul. The chorus more than words is fitting, becuase as you say, “…more than words depart only to return upon the sea….” thereby making them inconsequential. Yet the refernece to a promise, something made in words, contrast with that, leading me to think of a broken promise, one that no matter how strong the words behind it could not be kept.

Yet the portion I truly enjoyed was, “…more than words do i shed my tears inside, more than words is what i shed outside,…” The duality demonstrated in this line of both internal and external suffering, rang a sharp note while was reading your passage, and I could only describe it as transcendental.

Funny, though, you should mention Babel. That is what the Holidays seemed to have been to me. Now I’m just happy to find myself in the tranquillity of my home and determined to quietly invest my energy into my own creativity. I wish you a very prolific new year. Peace to you. XX :)
