you may have noticed that i was laughing in my post, b/c i think the overreactions to the loss of a site are pretty funny, actually. i equate it like this:

you make a friend at the grocery store, and the relationship transcends the store. if, a year later, the grocery store burns down, do you grieve the loss of the store, or just treasure the friendship?

Just been watching it unfold really.
I know that people have had a shock, haveing their place shut and then getting re directed here, when this place is totally unrelated, but all I have heard from them is how bad and rubbish they think help.com is… How does that help anything?
It only upsets other people and nothing is gained from it.

I know that the people who got re directed here are not happy with that, but to be honest alot of the users here are not happy with them being here either, I mean who wants to listen to people going on about how rubbish a site is and how unhappy they are with is and how they are not going to stay when the door is WIDE open for them to leave… No one is forceing anyone to stay but yet they do..?
I mean any logic in that? I don’t see any.
