Reply from samson /post/14354-im-33-yrs-old-im-mar#reply-274413 family can be an outlet. Change things during the week that has become a habit. How old is your child? Get him/her involved in an activity and be there to help her or him to achieve in the things that he/she wants to do. Be there for for her /him and practice with them. It is about you wanting to change things and feel better about yourself. Noone can do it but you. Change things around the house.

Reply from Diesel1 /post/14354-im-33-yrs-old-im-mar#reply-274389 Why do you keep telling this poor guy that hes a woman?? Doesnt HIS profile tell you HE’S a father? Hmmm.. I can understand your situation ma man. I am three years behind you and often wonder what direction to head. Taking risks in professions is not for me but when you make little what can go wrong? For now I find pure enjoyment watching my son play and grow.

Reply from C.M.Theisen /post/14354-im-33-yrs-old-im-mar#reply-273896 Another idea is just to spend more time on yourself. Actually make a point of spending some time doing something you like with friends on a weekly basis. Even with kids, if it’s important to you its possible to squeeze in even two hours for a weekly card game with buddies. Keeping connections with other people will keep you sane and happier. You just have to commit to the time.

Reply from C.M.Theisen /post/14354-im-33-yrs-old-im-mar#reply-273890 This might sound self-serving, but if you have a connection to the internet at home you might enjoy getting involved with an online community. You can help people with advice on Help.com for example. Every once in a while you actually get a situation where you actually feel as if you’ve made a difference. Plus, you get to recognize people ove time and it’s nice to have online friends. Of course, there are all kinds of online social communities out there. If you like TV shows you can join a fan club and discuss stuff at places like TV.com. I think yo get what what I’m saying.

Reply from ~Mechelem~ /post/14354-im-33-yrs-old-im-mar#reply-273835 I know what you are feeling…go to my profile and you will understand. I don’t have a source of transportation most of the time, little money, none at times, the hurricanes killed our business, but I have health, and healthy kids, count your blessings, collect recipies, dance to different music….humor yourself. Try to laugh at things. good luck

Reply from starrberrr /post/14354-im-33-yrs-old-im-mar#reply-273815 Girl you don’t need money to spice up your life, do fun things around the house, invite family/friends over (ask them to bring something) and enjoy the company, for instance since it’s so close to Halloween, tell everyone to come over, bring the kids and their favorite Halloween tricks and treats then hit the play button on the DVD and watch scary movies (PG-13 scary). There are so many things you can do, you have a family don’t let your entire existence be based on the money you have.
