Papaya has some really hot threads and they are pretty reasonable. (I have a 20yo niece btw, not into drag myself.)

Some of these stores might only be on the west coast idk…
wet seal, anchor blue, charlotte russe, styles for less, sirens, You can also check out sales at some nice retail stores like old navy(great sale selection), guess, express, etc. Check if you have any outlet malls/stores in your area, you can find designer stuff for super cheap. Also, try out those stores that are in small plaza areas too, the ones that look kinda ghetto, but you can actually find some cute cheap stuff there

Hm… I think Wet Seal, has some cute clothes and are affordable… Mandee’s is slightly pricier, but still in the same range (I think)… Sorry, not much help there…

i know that most of the clothes there are boring and ugly, but if you look, you will find a unique piece that is just amazing, and cheap.
