i thought i was completely free and started to help many others with what i learned tho again and again i realize were never competently cured we always are going to need a litte extra help message me if any of you want to get to know someone new

its all true the high feeling from the endorphins being release through pain, going to far, i also wasted shocks from the blood dripping to much made bloody pants

started to cut 10 or 20 marks at a time

i have stopped for a while tho i always seem to go back and stop i guess its better than continually doing it

I believe they both contain valuable material that will be very beneficial in the battle to overcome this addiction.

But they don’t make me stop, they only make me feel sorry for all the other people who feel the same way or are just starting.

In a way, I hope it scares them into NOT continuing the behavior, but I know first hand, that no matter what that part of the brain knows, the moment the darkness comes, you don’t stop to think your not alone…

you don’t stop to think about how you’ll hide them

what you’ll explain to people to see

what will happen in the future

or if you might do something really bad.

You just want the PAIN to stop, to make things go away and take control, to feel something again.

It’s just something to keep stored in the back of your brain, to remember that everything you do has it’s price, that your not really alone.

The filter removes anything that looks like an email, for the protection of the users. However, you can put it in like this:
