[Help] is it okay to spoil my boyfriend's little brother? Updates to this post /post/149956-is-it-okay-to-spoil-my-boyfriend8 Mon, 07 Dec 2009 14:03:18 +0100 Reply from kickinkaysbeaut /post/149956-is-it-okay-to-spoil-my-boyfriend8#reply-4584628 I think that’s a lovely idea.
Not only with your boyfriend think it’s a really nice gesture u’ll get loads of brownie points from his parents if you get him something for his bedroom make an excuse up say it’s for the great exam result you got last week or whatever.lol

Reply from Roltz [#] /post/149956-is-it-okay-to-spoil-my-boyfriend8#reply-3617722 But you must call him “Swamp thing” then go “nah nah nah, you make my heart sing, nah nah nah” (is that out of the 15 year old cartoon watching time frame?)

I did the same thing, my ex girlfriend had a younger sister, long story short, I bought her a really small drum set, taught her how to play it (with extreem difficulty).. I got so many brownie points..

…a few weeks later, it drove my ex, her mother, sister and surrounding neighbours insane… not so fun…

Reply from anothernikki /post/149956-is-it-okay-to-spoil-my-boyfriend8#reply-3617692 I don’t see why not, as long as you don’t get carried away. And if you do buy gifts, just double check with his parents that it’s ok to give thme to him.

Although of the little brother is 15 years old, I’d refrain from calling him “the little thing” around him. lol.

Reply from Richard Cor de Lyon /post/149956-is-it-okay-to-spoil-my-boyfriend8#reply-3617632 lol… first if you had a little sibling don’t be so quick to say you wouldn’t be hard on them. Younger siblings can cling so much out of love and hero worship and at time just plain boredom they can be very frustrating. But in regard to your question no, of course not. That would be very sweet. Be mindful of your boyfriends reaction however. Depending on how mature the 15 year old is… there is not alot of age gap between the two, you boyfriend might develop feelings of jealousy. I know it does not seem to make sense, but then you’ve never had a younger sibling remember. :) Siblings do alot of things that don’t make sense.
Bright blessings ~ Richard
