If you followed the directions you hooked up the main pc first and set all of the adjustments to the router then hooked up the 2nd pc. Make sure that LAN or Local Area Network is set to Automatically detect settings, unless you know how to manualy set these. If the problem presists it could be that you have to up date your Java,and micromedia flash palyer. Hope this helps :-)
