Second off, I don’t have first-hand experience, but from what I’ve gleaned talking to people I know, this is what it’s like to beat an addiction:

1. The hardest thing you ever have done or will do in your life.
2. The best thing you could ever do.
3. NOT impossible.

If you beat these addictions, you will be a better person than you are now, guaranteed. You will be glad you did it. You CAN pull it off.

And go get help. As they say, it helps.
