Can you do something else too that would bring in a bit more money to pay off the loans. Talk to the people you took loans out with and see if they cannot help make payments easier by reducing the amount you pay. You will have to pay for a longer length of time , but this might help. Have you tried to declare bankruptcy? Don’t know what the rules are in India about this, but you could find out on the internet I am sure.

It sounds as though you have tried very hard to give yourself a life that you cannot keep up with. Spending money to make money rarely works as the businessess you have been putting money into were meant to fail taking your funds with them. You seemed to think the next one is the right one and again your funds have disapeared. Try getting an ordinary job where they pay you a salary and stop trying to make a quick buck!
