I don’t know what city you live in, but sometimes trying meditation could help. You could also give this thing a shot, check out the website www.artofliving.org, it is a non-profit group that teaches you meditation and stress relieved lifestyle.

They have something called a course or basic course that you can try.

I have bipolar and have done for about 5 years, I am not on medication at the mo because I am pregnant and most of the meds for that are very harmfull for unborn babies.

Wait until the boiling heat goes then put the water in a washbasin where you can put your two feet inside, it works if you do it while the water is warm, leave your feet in for about 20 minutes. Do this every night for a month I am sure all your mood changes will vanish away. If you don’t find the plant, try getting the seeds and strart growin it, it might help other people to, this plant protect you from many things. I wish you a prompt recovery. God bless you
