Choose to share your life with you - even the bits that are boring

Curl up around you when you accidentally wake him at night

Be gentle to little children and pets

Reply from Tyresmoker /post/164227-this-is-a-philosophical-sunday-afte#reply-3777038 I agree, “using all resources…” doesnt sound particularly romantic, but I meant it in a way such as: if you know she loves a particular song, singing it to her during a kareoke night out, even though you despise kareoke. I’m not looking for an idea for anyone in particular, I beleive everyone is unique. Im just trying to generalize a concept. So in generalizing: johnstc, your idea would be “making your fairytale dream come true” and erin yours would be “meaningful committment”. Would I be correct? Or has the lazy Sunday corrupted my mental faculties!! ;)

Reply from Anonymous /post/164227-this-is-a-philosophical-sunday-afte#reply-3777029 Being at a social event where we’re apart talking to different people and I look across the distance and notice that he’s looking at me. That makes me feel that even though we’re not physically together, there’s still a connection. Don’t know if that’s “philosophical”, but I find it romantic.

Reply from johnstc /post/164227-this-is-a-philosophical-sunday-afte#reply-3776957 I don’t think “using all his resources to make me smile” sounds very romantic! Maybe it is the specific things that are romantic because they are unique to the person and individual. For me it would be layin on the ground on the top of a snowy mountain staring at the stars and then fireworks star going off, in more ways than one. hehe ;)

Reply from erin /post/164227-this-is-a-philosophical-sunday-afte#reply-3776937 I think the most romantic thing a guy could do is, when he says “forever” he means it; he won’t just up and leave you after a few years.
That’s my biggest fear, and I hope that fear never comes true.
