Reply from jfowler51 /post/169403-the-ab-lounge-is-crap#reply-3871045 you are doing it wrong if you dont feel any burn. nd u probably arent doing it enough if you use the video it came with and double the amount of excersise done in the video you will feel the burn. and you will hav a sore stomach. i dont have a six pack yet becuase i havent been conssitent with it but my stomach is getting more toned

Reply from apollo /post/169403-the-ab-lounge-is-crap#reply-3841139 The Ab Lounge is a scam because it gets people to think they can just work one part of their body, while the rest stays in shambles.

Get off your butt and move. You don’t have to play sports or become an Olympic athlete. Just walk. If you are too lazy to do that, you have no right to whine about getting fat.

Reply from retrospace18 /post/169403-the-ab-lounge-is-crap#reply-3837810 Yeah , The best way I can think of is doing burst workouts, where you only workout for about 15-20minutes, but you do it non-stop (As in 20 minutes of abdominal related exercise). Do it about twice a week.

You can end up actually burning muscle (no, not all of it, lol) once you burn remaining fat, which could help in toning your abdonimals down a little.

Reply from retrospace18 /post/169403-the-ab-lounge-is-crap#reply-3835593 If you are looking for a good way to work your abdominals, do extended situps. (Also called Roman situps I believe)

I do roughly 160 normal situps per routine, But I can only do around 10 extended situps. It really really strains the muscles and gives a good work out.

And it keeps your back flexible as well, which is just nice.
