Reply from karate_chik9 /post/169704-stress#reply-3839828 try starting assignments early, like the day you get them. do a little bit every day. as for tonight, take a hot shower while you think about things to write, then write like mad

Reply from Dots /post/169704-stress#reply-3839825 Well, an outline is definitely a good start. Do you have an introduction paragraph yet? And how long does your 1st draft have to be? Mine were always MAD short, but some teachers make a minimum.

Reply from Cell /post/169704-stress#reply-3839815 Take a quick walk around the block while you organize your thoughts. Read the assignment before you go. Then when you return get straight to it.

Reply from karate_chik9 /post/169704-stress#reply-3839805 Have you ever tried massage therapy? seriously, it works wonders. If that’s not for you, try finding something that you enjoy that you can take time to do every day.
example meditation, exercise, writing about something that has nothing to do with school, call a friend. Do something to take your mind off of what is making you stressful. Calm your sympathetic nervous system! its way too overactive right now!
