Or your machine. It is Webkinz. The same thing happened to my daughter’s account. We figured out by chance what the new password ended up being. (a combination of the password and the username). But now its happened again and we can’t figure it out. My daughter is distraught. She has 35 Webkniz!! I am on here looking for a solution.
