[Help] Help with some gift ideas again. Updates to this post /post/180671-help-with-some-gift-ideas-again Fri, 04 Dec 2009 15:48:55 +0100 Reply from crushie /post/180671-help-with-some-gift-ideas-again#reply-3987621 Haha, I would get him shoes or even a skateboard if I had more money and wasn’t afraid to spend it. A pair of skater shoes already costs about seventy five bucks, maybe more, and a skateboard… haha, way more than that. Besides, he already has eight. I don’t think he needs another one, lol

My limit is twenty five bucks. I try not to spend too much on gifts, especially if they’re impersonal. But sadly, my friend is kind of materialistic.

Reply from malori* /post/180671-help-with-some-gift-ideas-again#reply-3987486 yeah and as you go along just put everything you find into the basket. it makes it look like you put a lot of thought into it and it gives it your own personal touch

Reply from crushie /post/180671-help-with-some-gift-ideas-again#reply-3987484 to cgstudent0: lol I get it. Well, idk, because I’m trying to think if he’d appreciate me getting him some pads and a helmet because he always falls and messes something up. (He’s broken four body parts in two years) But he never wears them, so idk if he’d want them. And as for hair products, he has longish hair, and all I can think about buying for him is shampoo and conditioner, and those are pretty everyday things…

to Debrad1207: What would be in the gift basket though?

i always try out a few different things like you mentioned hair products just spend a few dollars on some basic stuff then try to spend some more on maybe something skateboard related you can’t go wrong if you cover all the bases.

Although he also likes to make videos of himself skateboarding and posting them on youtube.

He’s not a very technical/computer person.
