[Help] How much on average does a taxi cab cost? Updates to this post /post/181790-how-much-on-average-does-a-taxi-cab Tue, 24 Nov 2009 22:17:12 +0100 Reply from apollo /post/181790-how-much-on-average-does-a-taxi-cab#reply-4000905 Depends on where you are. A busy suburb in Ohio is a little different than a busy suburb in California.

Last time I took a cab from the airport to my house in a busy suburb, it was $75. That was 18 miles. The airport: San Francisco International Airport. My house: 18.2 miles. SF is expensive.

Reply from jcd /post/181790-how-much-on-average-does-a-taxi-cab#reply-4000424 It depends on the cab company, where you live and how far it is to the airport.
