1. Ask your employer to front some of the money from your next check.
2. Sell stuff you own.
3. Pawn somethings you own.
4. Look for a temp job.
5. Look at your neighborhood for things that need doing…mow a lawn, paint an overhang, babysit….
6. Perform on a street corner with a hat….play an instrument, sing, do chalk art
7. Buy cheap books and resell on the internet.
8. Offer to do errands, chores for neighbors, family, friends, teachers…

Not knowing what the emergency is ( which I respect ) - I would just search like a mad woman into the circuits of what you need to do and who you need to speak with to lessen the burden of the cost; I mean there has to be some avenue of support.. some group or organization that can point you in the right direction.
