I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I may be wrong with what I just quoted, but you have the power to do what you have to do. Don’t let your health stop you from getting to the sources that you need. Worry doesn’t do anything but make you sick. Stop worrying and start focusing on a plan to get what you need.

Just realise that only you can do what you want. If you have the desire to go and do what you want in life, then you can do anything.

It seems like too much, and impossible to defeat because .. all stacked together.. it is, you can’t focus on anything, just need to slow it down and zone in on just a few things or one thing at a time and it will be less daunting .. you will feel less helpless, and you will be more likely to see results.

You can’t look at all your worries all at the same time, it overwhelms people… like “how am I ever going to get through all this…” Take one issue at a time and eventually … with dedication the next task will be a little easier, you will begin to feel better and just keep it up.
