[Help] I've been struggling to get my disablilty claim approved... Updates to this post /post/199984-ive-been-struggling-to-get-m Sun, 08 Nov 2009 02:17:26 +0100 Reply from trudytrueheart /post/199984-ive-been-struggling-to-get-m#reply-4532069 unfortuanately you are right, but I can’t believe there is not a way for the SS office to figure out the difference between the ones who really need it and the ones who are just lazy. Are they stupid??? I think they are arrogant and so full of themselves that they forget who puts up the money for their paycheck…the people who have been hurt and need their help. I worked hard all my life and when it came time to need their help it wasn’t there…sad…so sad. At least the Senators from my state were willing to step up for me.

Reply from ~Shie~ /post/199984-ive-been-struggling-to-get-m#reply-4258913 holy cow… nice… i have actually been waiting… and here is the stupid part about it… right on their website.. it states that the EXACT TUMOR THAT I HAVE is automatically quantifiable.. the tumor is inoperable and yet.. here i sit waiting for a hearing..

i have called the dude who denied me.. (long story short, i had his number)… and while talking and screaming.. and reading the website like the bible… he got knocked down a few tones in his voice… i have an attorney and let me just say… im very lucky.. she is in tight with the judge.. and is going to be pushing my case in front of him to look at long before i get a hearing…

i believe that the reason behind us people who need this… have to wait is because there are a lot of people in the world who dont need it.. but are just lazy and dont want to work… in which in return makes us others have to suffer with waiting..

Reply from psyflyer /post/199984-ive-been-struggling-to-get-m#reply-4258760 That’s good to know. I work with a lot of people trying to get ssi and they get denied three or four times over the course of years. Its almost like SSI doesn’t even look at the file until the hearing. Good luck at your hearing
