i have one but its not too good lol

A father and his son are out driving one day, and get in an accident. Both are knocked out, but are alive, so they get sent to the hospital. The father goes to one room, the son into another. The doctor that is going to operate on the son walks in, and says “I can’t operate on this boy, he’s my son.” How is this possible, if the father is knocked out in another emergency room?

some people just can NOT get this, others get it immediately…
