If none of that matters, then I vote for the iPod.

For me, the fact that the Zen doesn’t support .MOV files would sh*t me up the wall, as that’s what file format most digital camera’s record in and I would find myself having to converting everything.

The Zen not having the USB protocol sounds like a pain up the a$$.

Built in speaker on the creative might be handy if you don’t feel like wearing head phones, but not really that exciting.

If there have been no major improvements made on the Zen, it makes one wonder why they even bother producing another model.

Everything is iPod friendly these days, so that is a plus for the iPod.

What are the memory expansion capabilities of each ? That would be a big issue for me.
