Reply from Morgan /post/217835-good-will-statement#reply-4492380 oh and its not just one mediator, it was actually meant to be a woman - our case worker - but shes asking for a second mediator to join in because this one is going to be difficult and shes worried about doing it alone, so you can see why its important i give it my one last best shot for her

Reply from Morgan /post/217835-good-will-statement#reply-4492368 pretty much, if he doesnt find some inspiration i fear she loses a good relationship with her dad, to be honest hes not fit to be making any paranting decisions atm, as u would see if u have look back at the last couple of posts ive made, so thats a no brainer, however, i do still wish for our daughter to develop a good relationship with him and it wont happen if he remains on the path hes on now, this ’speech’ is a must, as a part of the new system implemented nationwide, thats trying to install inspiration to all families, and i really want to give it my all for hope of a brighter future for her.
any questions about the system can be found here http://www.familyrelationships.gov.au, although it doesnt go through what ur taught and what u have to do much in there, this is just what its about

Reply from southern_comfort /post/217835-good-will-statement#reply-4491732 I’m kinda confused. You need to write a speech to be read aloud at the next gathering of yourself, your ex, and this mediator guy. And you want it to inspire your ex to help raise your daughter, but keep him calm at the same time. Is that the jist of it?

Reply from Morgan /post/217835-good-will-statement#reply-4491479 no, its a philsophical term, thats what makes it a bit harder, i dont think they have an actual word for it, this is a new system brought in this year, a last stitch attempt to get families to do the right thing, and apparantly its been working really well, only 5% have been going to court, but the mediator has made it clear that we may just be in that 5% which is why this will be so important, its the last time we can try to get his right, i need it to be in a way that keeps him calm and hopefully give him motivation to make a genuine effort
