But in all seriousness, there are people out there that are better than their peers. Individuals who stand out in a crowd due to the talents and gifts that they have. There is nothing wrong with knowing that you are one of them, just don’t tell anyone else. Others will see your greatness and respect you for it.

Are you scared you’ll be a failure in other’s eyes?
If someone has a perfect view of themselves, it’s often because they are insecure. Of course, you don’t know this because it’s often an unconscious thing.

If you see someone do something well, you may be quick to say, “Oh, I’m better than that person” only because it makes you feel better to know this even if it’s not true.

Yes, I believe someone said that to you because you hurt them with your words. Try thinking about how people feel and trying to encourage with you words instead.
