[Help] have you started christmas shopping yet? Updates to this post /post/219181-have-you-started-christmas-shopping Tue, 01 Dec 2009 10:29:53 +0100 Reply from MandaDarlin' /post/219181-have-you-started-christmas-shopping#reply-4508758 I don’t celebrate Christmas. I celebrate Hanukkah, but, yeah, I’ve already started shopping for people’s presents. It’s fun.

Since you celebrate Christmas, I’d suggest you wait until after Thanksgiving to put the tree up.

Reply from Srinh /post/219181-have-you-started-christmas-shopping#reply-4507623 no, i haven’t started shopping yet. i think i’ll do most it online.
thanks for the reminder! ^.^

O, and i think you should be able to put the tree up anytime, January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November (now, hehe), December or January.

It’s all about cheer and good spirits so why can’t be have it all year long? (i’ve been told i’m a hippy, mind you) Ah, yes of course. Because we couldn’t afford to “feel merry” year-long, of course! (it’s truly funny how commercial, Christmas has become. ho ho ho.)

I think after Thanksgiving would be the most practical time to put up a Christmas Tree. Right before, entering Christmas. :) *.*

Reply from ¡ʎuɐɟɟıʇ /post/219181-have-you-started-christmas-shopping#reply-4507579 Last year, I would have already have got a little shopping done by now. This year kind of stinks because I don’t have much money for gifts. I usually go shopping on Black Friday (day after Thanksgiving) because they have sales on everything ..and we usually put our tree up right after Thanksgiving.
