[Help] How do you take your hopes and dreams and turn them into reality? Updates to this post /post/219467-how-do-you-take-your-hopes-and-drea Sun, 29 Nov 2009 13:10:11 +0100 Reply from B.Sutphin /post/219467-how-do-you-take-your-hopes-and-drea#reply-4512465 I have the same wonders as you. I consider myself to be a hardworking, motivated person. Unfortunately, I am also practical and stupidly logical. It never made sense in my mind to work in a diner while pursuing a career as a musician. It never made sense to go back to school to follow a different career path without having the means to support such an investment. There is always a voice in my head explaining why I shouldn’t do something.

Although, it seems insanely illogical to not pursue things wholeheartedly given how short our lives really are.

I’m interested to hear what other people have to say….

I’ve made several of my own for personal inspiration. They are a constant reminder of the goals I want to achieve and things I want.

It helps to visualize the things you want from life.

and no its not only for women…when I first read over the web page it felt more lenient towards women but anyone can do this. Just saying :3

Reply from Neutra /post/219467-how-do-you-take-your-hopes-and-drea#reply-4510695 If you got that inner strength inside of you then you can do anything, even escaping from an area that you feel trapped in and can’t do what you want in life. You feel as if you won’t do what you feel that you are meant to, but if you keep doing what your suppose to, just basically doing your best in what you do everyday, then eventually that one event will come and completely change your life around.

Reply from Warr3n /post/219467-how-do-you-take-your-hopes-and-drea#reply-4510521 You keep dreaming and hoping.

When I was little, I was missing my front teeth.

I was so ugly in the mirror. I kept dreaming of how I would like when I grow up. Now I look back at the mirror 18 years later. I’m comfortable with it now.

My dream and hope became a reality. So keep dreaming and hoping.
