[Help] I feel really depressed. Updates to this post /post/221065-i-feel-really-depressed Thu, 26 Nov 2009 10:31:12 +0100 Reply from linuxya /post/221065-i-feel-really-depressed#reply-4528754 It’s natural to want to retreat when you are under stress. The ultimate retreat is death, but you can never come back from that. Ask your parents for a time out. Just specify some amount of time you want to relax and be on your own.

So they yell. Parents yell because they have stress in their lives. It’s not just because of you. They have their own problems.

Reply from lifeless /post/221065-i-feel-really-depressed#reply-4528747 Taking your life is no solution!

I understand that you are in unbearable pain right now, it is horrible if the parents are behaving like that towards you, but dont take your life.

Even if you are depressed now, there will come better times. You just have to go on, then this emotion will go away.

What about talking to other adults? Friends? Teachers?

What about calling a hotline, people can help you, talk with you.
Life is, even if you maybe havent gotten a taste of it yet, really wonderful. But you need to stay alive to get to know it.
If you dont want to talk, there are also organisations who communicate and help you over e-mails, like the samaritas.

If you could life on until know, dont forget you can do it later too - NOT NOW!
