im an a level student aiming for an A grade and we just worked it out in 3.456735 seconds and the answer is 478 for the 24 hour clock

itll be twice on both the 24 and 12 hour clock

from the looks it looks like they are the same… unless im missing something, which i very well may be if its a trick question…
