There are other people that have been in similar situations and that there are people that care and who can help you - your family for instance. Maybe you should see a doctor. When I got depression, I saw a doctor, was put on medication and am now fully recovered and have nearly come off my medication with no problems. Good luck!

It sounds like your having a hard time…and if I am correct, you are probably young. Remember this, attempting to make a difference in other people’s lives will make you feel valueable and give you a purpose everyday.

There are people/families probably near you that may need you in one way or another that you don’t even realize; families that can’t afford to feed their children and you have oodles-of-noodles in your pantry; a towel or blanket you never use that would mean warmth to someone else. Voulenteer your time and HELP. This will give you meaning and purpose.

The holidays can become such a symbolance of just one day, it’s not. It’s about choices.
