Maybe you need to see a doctor — or make sure you make time to keep up physical exercise. It doesn’t even have to be that intense for the pure physical benefits, like most sports practices are only an hour (maybe two or three for some of them in high school.) And it can makes a huge difference to go from working out for hours a day to just … not. Still it might be worth going to the doctors, telling them everything and seeing what they say.

Cats teach us how to relax and enjoy life. It doesn’t have to be one long, continuous chase. You can take naps along the way–it’s perfectly all right!
