It’s not quite as simple as that. He will have to apply for a particular visa. There are different ones. Holiday Visa, Work Visa, Immigrant, etc.

Then how will he support himself ? If he can’t show he can financially support himself, there is no way he will be granted a visa. The only other way to do it, is if she will enter into a contract for 4 years with the government and agree that she will financially support him for the 4 years.

If he comes to Australia now, or soon. He will need to return to his own country while applying for a marriage licence. It’s a really really weird set up with this one, but anyway.

If you try to “save” them, you’ll only push her farther away. Just be her friend, and be there for her when she falls.
